Our Story
ARC Realty was incorporated in 2012 with a single mission: to bring a personal touch back into the Birmingham real estate market.
Naming their company “A Relationship Company,” ARC’s four founders — Tommy Brigham, Beau Bevis, Mechelle Wilder, and Dale McIntyre — set out to shake up the status quo. Each founder brought a different background and culture to the table, and that melting pot of leadership created something rare: an open, integrated environment where agents collaborate instead of compete.
The results came fast. It took two years to gain 100 agents, four years to double that, and just five years to become Alabama’s largest privately owned real estate brokerage.
